A Typical Day
Daily Schedule
A stable routine and structure are important for adolescents recovering from addiction or mental health challenges. When students know what to expect, they feel secure, more engaged, and are able to create and keep healthy habits.
A typical day in the Crossroads Residential short-term program will include group meals, house chores that encourage autonomy and accountability, mindfulness activities, adventure-based recreation, structured school time, therapy, and evening reflection and wind-down.
Our intentionally small program sizes allow us to individualize treatment so that we can use our relationship-based and recreational therapy model to facilitate change, growth, and recovery.

They will be able to engage in additional adventure sports, like skiing and wakeboarding. The Ogden area offers opportunities for beautiful hikes within minutes from the house, indoor rock-climbing walls, an indoor surf pool (Flowrider), and parks for other sports such as pickleball and basketball.Lunch
